  • strengthening lungs and abdominal organs.
  • a profound stretch of the spine
  • gaining strength in shoulders and arms.
  • empowering wrists
  • thighs are contracted and made stronger.

While performing the posture the initial preparation must be done for preparing arms and wrists and training the abdomen to help the arms in resisting the gravity while lifting up from the floor.
